Self Exclusion

We offer a Self Exclusion facility for those customers for whom gambling has become a serious problem and who wish to restrict their gambling with Golden Lounge Casino. By entering into a Self Exclusion agreement with Golden Lounge you will be prevented from using your account for a period of 7 days, 1 month or 6 months as requested. During this time it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason. During this period of self-exclusion Golden Lounge will not distribute any promotional emails and do all we can to prevent new accounts being opened.

Our Self Exclusion agreement involves a joint commitment from Nedplay and yourself. We will take reasonable steps to prevent you opening new accounts and during the period of Self Exclusion you must not attempt to re-open your account or try to open new accounts.

After consideration if you wish to proceed with our Self Exclusion Agreement then please email us with your Golden Lounge account number, password and period of exclusion to initiate your request. The period of Self Exclusion will commence once we have sent you email confirmation, usually within 48 hours of your request being received.
