There is no limit on the amount of points you can earn in a month
The Loyalty Club is also far more than just a means of receiving casino cash back. Loyalty points earned during a month will contribute towards a player’s VIP Level and the additional benefits you will be eligible for Ruby, Emerald & Diamond VIP players receive extra bonus points depending on the number of Loyalty points earned:

For example: A Diamond player earns 20,000 loyalty points in a month. The player will receive 35% of that total in bonus points, in this case 7,000 bonus points FREE. These 7,000 free bonus points can then be cashed in for cash at the rate of £10 for every 1,000 points. In this example the player will receive £70 when the bonus points are cashed in.

You can also cash in your points earned in the month at the same rate of 1,000 is equal to £10. So in the above example, if the player cashed in the 20,000 Loyalty points earned they would receive £200.

*Bonus points are calculated based on the players loyalty points earned in a month and do NOT contribute to VIP level status.

How do I earn points?

Points are accumulated automatically when you play any game in the casino where every £10 wagered will earn you 1 Loyalty point.

Different games contribute different percentages:

For example, £100 wagering at the slots will earn you 10 Loyalty points (100%). Wagering £100 at the Roulette table will earn you 1 Loyalty point (10%)

How do I move and maintain my VIP level?

You move VIP level depending on the amount of points you earn. The following table shows how many points you need to earn for each VIP level. Once you move a VIP level you will need to earn Loyalty points to maintain that VIP level. If you don’t earn the required amount of points then you VIP level can change.

Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions Players Loyalty Points and Bonus Points

Members will only earn points for play on their Golden Lounge Casino account that is linked to their Players Loyalty account.
Loyalty points are awarded for every 10.00 credits wagered will equal 1 loyalty point on casino games. Depending on the type of game the following percentages will be contributed:

VIP level changes are based on the amount of Loyalty points you earn and bonus points do not contribute towards a level change or maintenance of that level.
Players Loyalty Bonus Points have a financial value of 1,000 points is equal to 10.00 credits
Topaz VIP players who exchange points will receive a bonus cash award where wagering is required before withdrawal is permitted.
Points earned for wagering may only reflect 24 hours later.
Players Loyalty points and Bonus points may be redeemed at any time in increments of 1,000 points i.e. 10.00. Those points not redeemed (i.e. less than 1,000 points) will remain in the members account and will be carried over until a minimum of 1,000 points has been earned.

Should a member’s casino account be inactive for a period exceeding 3 months then membership to the Loyalty Club will lapse and all accrued unredeemed points will be removed.
The total number of Players Loyalty Points earned in the previous month will be used to calculate a member's status (Between the first and last day of the previous month)
Any Bonus Points earned will not be included in this calculation.
